About the Speaker

Jill Tate — Jill Tate currently serves as President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW) for the 2026–2027 term, leading one of the largest and most active political volunteer organizations in the nation. A longtime advocate for grassroots engagement and conservative leadership, she brings decades of experience in political involvement, organizational leadership, and community service to the role. Before her presidency, Jill held numerous leadership positions within TFRW, including Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Legislation, Caring for America Chair, and Co-Chair of the 2017 State Convention. She also served as Fundraising Chair for the National Federation of Republican Women. At the local level, she is a founding member of Texas Strong Republican Women, where she has served as President, Vice President of Campaigns, Vice President of Programs, and Vice President of Legislation. She currently serves as a precinct chair in Tarrant County. Jill has been actively involved in Republican politics since her college years at Baylor University, where she earned a BBA in Real Estate. While at Baylor, she served as Youth Coordinator for George Bush for Governor, President of the Young Conservatives of Texas, and State Secretary of the organization. She has since worked on and volunteered for numerous campaigns at the local and national levels and has been a delegate to every Texas GOP Convention since age 20, including serving as a national delegate in 1996. In addition to her political work, Jill is deeply committed to her community. She serves as an ambassador for Patriot Paws Service Dogs, raising awareness and support for service dogs that assist disabled veterans. She is also a longtime volunteer with GRACE in Grapevine. In 2017, she was appointed by Governor Abbott to the Texas State School Safety Board as the Texas PTA representative and currently serves as Vice Chair. Her service has been recognized with numerous honors, including GRACE Seasonal Volunteer of the Year (2016 and 2020), Patriot Paws Outstanding Volunteer (2017), TFRW Tribute to Women Honoree (2018), and the Texas PTA “Friend of Children” award. Jill lives in Colleyville with her husband, Fred, their son, Sawyer, and their two Labradors.
